________________________________________ Ken and Deanne started Augusta Aquatics from the ground up branching out from their residential swimming pool company in 1999. In 2000, they made the leap to sell their residential company and form Augusta Aquatics, Inc. and focus solely on commercial swimming pool construction. Deanne has been the heart of this company from day 1. Deanne is the President and CFO at Augusta Aquatics, Inc. with over 35+ years in this industry. Outside of the office, Deanne is a devoted ‘Nonnie’ to her grandchildren and you can more than likely find her at a race track or on a beach soaking up some rays! Fun fact about Deanne, her and her late husband Ken, own a race team and have been racing for longer than building swimming pools!
Kenzie took an unconventional way to get back to the family business. A graduate of the University of South Carolina and an avid Gamecock fan, Kenzie graduated with a Bachelors in Arts majoring in public relations and marketing. After several jobs in the PR/Marketing world, Kenzie finally returned to her roots at the family business in 2014 and never turned back. Kenzie is currently the Director of Operations at Augusta Aquatics. Kenzie is your point of contact for all pre-construction, current project managements and all end of project work. If Augusta Aquatics is your pool contractor, you will work very closely with Kenzie from start to finish on every job. Outside of the office, you will normally find Kenzie supporting or coaching one of her three kids on a sports field or supporting her beloved Gamecocks in Columbia, SC. Fun fact about Kenzie, did we mention she’s an avid Gamecock fan and a mama of three?! There’s not much time for anything else!
________________________________________ – aka Cla – Cla was born to be in the swimming pool business, quite literally! Cla is the son of owners, Deanne and Ken Knight. Cla has been on a tractor digging a pool since before he could walk. Ken took him to every jobsite along the way and it is only fitting that Cla is now the Vice President of Construction for Augusta Aquatics, Inc. If Augusta Aquatics is building your pool then you will cross paths with Cla because he has a hand on every project on the books. Outside of a construction site, you can find Cla on most weekends behind the wheel of his #42 dirt track late model race car. Racing runs just as deep as construction for the Knight family! Fun fact about Cla, he is an avid Boston Red Sox Fan and him and Ken were lucky enough to have front row seats to David Ortiz’s aka Big Papi’s last home run in Fenway Park.
